Questions
Everything people ask, answered straight.
The short answers live here. The mechanics live on how Glow works, and the honest page about Sage lives on safety.

What is Glow, in one paragraph?
Glow is a 90-day guided glow up for women in their 40s and 50s, built on the three Momentum Series books by Australian author and musician Naomi Shiels. Sage, an AI coach who remembers you, gives you one small Glow Move a day across three chapters: Reclaim, Rebuild, Radiate. No lists, no streaks, no overhaul.
Who is Glow for?
Women in their 40s and 50s who've been the support act in their own lives for years and are done waiting for someday. You don't need to be at rock bottom or at a crossroads. You need one small move a day and someone who notices you made it.
Who is Glow not for?
If you want symptom tracking, cycle data or clinical guidance, a menopause app will serve you better; that's a different job and Glow doesn't pretend to do it. If what you're carrying needs therapy, get therapy, and Glow can sit alongside it but never replace it. And if streaks and leaderboards genuinely motivate you, plenty of free apps will happily oblige.
How much does Glow cost?
A$14.99 a month, or A$119 a year, which works out under ten dollars a month. Prices are in Australian dollars. Seven days free before anything is charged.
How does the free trial work?
You get seven days free before anything's charged, and the trial starts before you meet Sage, not after. Cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
One tap, inside the app, in the Account tab. No phone call, no retention pitch, no guilt trip. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is Sage a real person?
No. Sage is an AI coach built on the Momentum Series books, and Glow never pretends otherwise. She remembers what you told her weeks ago, never judges, and sends anything medical straight to your GP. The full honest version is on the safety page.
What happens to what I tell Sage?
Your words go to Anthropic's API to generate her replies, and nowhere else. Nothing trains any AI model, nothing is public, and everyday conversations are deleted after 30 days. You can delete your entire account yourself, instantly, any time.
What is a Glow Move?
One small action for the day. "Wear the thing you've been saving. That's it. That's the move." Never a list, never a program of seventeen habits, always something small enough to actually do on a day that already belongs to everyone else.
What if I miss days?
Grace Days exist for exactly this. Life happens, you miss a day, nothing resets and nothing makes you feel it. You pick the next move back up where you left off. There is no streak to protect because there is no streak.
How much time does it take each day?
A two-minute Morning Glow-In, one Glow Move you fold into your actual day, and an optional two-minute Evening Wind-Down. The moves themselves are built to take under ten minutes. This is a companion, not a second job.
Do I need to read the books first?
No. Sage carries the three Momentum Series books with her; that's what she's built on. Glow stands on its own. If you've read them, you'll recognise the voice. If you haven't, the app is the version that texts you at seven in the morning.
Does Glow work outside Australia?
Yes. Glow runs in your browser and works anywhere. Prices are charged in Australian dollars, so your bank converts at its usual rate. The crisis resources Sage offers adjust to point you at findahelpline.com wherever you are.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Glow runs in the browser on any phone, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. There's nothing to download from an app store to start.
What's the music about?
Naomi wrote and recorded ninety original tracks for Glow, one for every day, plus a separate body of work from the three Momentum Series albums. Today's song is waiting when you open the app, and again at Evening Wind-Down.
Is this therapy?
No. It's coaching, not clinical care, and Glow isn't a substitute for treatment. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. To find a crisis line where you are, findahelpline.com. In Australia: Lifeline 13 11 14, 1800RESPECT 1800 737 732.
