Glow is a 90-day guided glow up for women in their 40s and 50s, built by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, ABN 34 695 911 025 ("we", "us"), on Naomi Shiels' Momentum Series. Sage, your AI coach, gives you one Glow Move a day across three chapters, plus a weekly Glow Mirror photo, a Sunday Letter, and a Glow Book of everything you've done.

By creating an account, you're agreeing to these terms.

New accounts get seven days free. After that, Glow is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. You'll be told plainly before anything's charged.

Cancel any time, one tap, inside the app, in the Account tab. No phone call, no retention pitch. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Glow is for your own personal use. Don't use it to harass, abuse or impersonate anyone, don't try to break, scrape or reverse-engineer it, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

We can suspend or close an account that's being used to cause harm, to us or to anyone else.

Sage gives coaching. She doesn't give medical, psychological, psychiatric, diagnostic or therapeutic advice, and nothing she says is a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Glow isn't a substitute for professional care of any kind, and using it doesn't create a doctor-patient relationship, a therapist-client relationship, or any other clinical relationship between you and Sage, Glow, or Wild Hearts Publishing.

If a conversation touches on something medical or clinical, Sage will say so and point you to your GP or a psychologist rather than answer it herself. For anything medical, psychological or psychiatric, always seek the advice of a qualified professional.

If you are in crisis, Sage steps out of coaching. Glow is used outside Australia, so she points you first to your local emergency number if you are in immediate danger, and to findahelpline.com, which lists verified crisis lines in over 175 countries. In Australia: Lifeline 13 11 14, 1800RESPECT 1800 737 732 if you are in danger at home, and Beyond Blue 1300 22 4636 for everyday mental health support.

What you write to Sage, and any Glow Mirror photos you add, stay yours. We store them to run the product (see our Privacy Policy for the detail), and we don't sell them, publish them, or use them to train any AI model.

Glow is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from your use of Glow is limited to the amount you've actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We're not liable for decisions you make based on a conversation with Sage - she's a coach, and the choices stay yours.

We might update these terms, or the product, from time to time. Any change that materially affects you will be flagged inside the app before it takes effect, not buried in an email you'll never open.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
