Here's what we hold, and why.

Glow is made by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd, ABN 34 695 911 025. When this policy says "we" or "us", that's who it means.

Any question about your data goes to info@wildheartspublishing.com.au. A person reads it, not a bot.

Your account email and password, held by our authentication provider, Supabase. Your conversations with Sage, including your First Conversation and any Deep Dive. Sage's own memory of you, a short summary she keeps and rewrites as you go. Your daily entries (mood, energy, the Glow Move you did or didn't do, your reflections). Your wins. Your Sunday Letters, Cycle Reviews and your Glow Reveal. And, if you choose to add them, your private Glow Mirror photos.

If you speak to Sage instead of typing, see "About voice notes" below, it matters, and it's better than you'd expect.

That's the whole list. No hidden analytics profile, no data broker feed, nothing sold on.

When you tap the microphone and speak to Sage, your browser turns your speech into text on your own device before Glow ever sees it. No audio is ever recorded, sent anywhere or stored, by Glow, on the website or in the app. We only ever receive the words your browser typed out, exactly the same as if you'd typed them yourself.

Everything sits in Supabase's cloud database and storage, encrypted at rest. Your Glow Mirror photos are stored in a private bucket and are never public, never shared, never visible to anyone but you.

Glow itself runs on Vercel, which hosts the app and handles every request on its way to Supabase or Anthropic. That's infrastructure, not a company that uses your data for its own purposes.

Anthropic. When you talk to Sage, your message and her memory of you are sent to Anthropic's API to generate her reply. That's how Sage thinks. Your Sunday Letter, your Cycle Reviews and your Glow Reveal are generated the same way, from your mood, energy, reflections and wins, so Anthropic sees those too when it's writing them. Nothing you write is used to train Anthropic's models, or any model. Your words stay yours.

Your Glow Mirror photos are never sent to any AI model, ever, for any reason, and they are never scored, analysed or compared by one. They stay exactly where you put them.

Stripe. If you subscribe, Stripe handles the transaction directly and stores your card details on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card number, only your email and your subscription status.

Google Analytics. Only if it's switched on for this site, and as of this writing it isn't. If we do turn it on, it will be anonymised, cookie-based visit analytics only, never linked to your Glow account or your name, and never used for advertising.

None of the above is selling your data. We don't have a data broker relationship, and we never will.

Everyday chat with Sage, ordinary conversations, an SOS moment, a weekly Deep Dive, is kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Sage doesn't need the words themselves sitting around to remember you: her memory of you is a short summary she keeps separately, not a replay of old messages.

Your First Conversation is kept for as long as your account exists. It's where your Glow Map came from.

Sage's memory of you is kept for as long as your account exists.

Your mood, energy, reflections and wins are kept for as long as your account exists. This is the real evidence your Sunday Letters, your Cycle Reviews and your day-90 Glow Reveal are drawn from, so we don't trim it on a clock the way we do everyday chat.

Glow Mirror photos are kept until you delete them, one at a time or all at once with your account. We never delete them for you on a schedule; that's your call alone.

Clear your everyday chat with Sage right now, without deleting anything else, from the Account tab. It won't touch your First Conversation, Sage's memory of you or your Glow Reveal, none of those are built from your day-to-day chat.

Want your whole account gone? Open the Account tab and choose to delete it. Your conversations, entries, wins, letters, reviews and photos are removed straight away, and so is your login. There's no waiting period and nobody to talk into letting you go.

If you'd rather we did it, email info@wildheartspublishing.com.au and we'll delete your account and everything in it within 30 days.

Billing runs through Stripe. Stripe is PCI-compliant, and we never see or store your card number. If you subscribe, Stripe handles the transaction directly.

Cancel your subscription any time, one tap, inside the app. No phone call, no retention pitch, no hoops. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Sage is a coach, built on The Momentum Series, not a therapist or a doctor. She won't diagnose, prescribe or treat anything, and Glow isn't a substitute for medical or mental health care.
