What Glow is

Glow is a 90-day guided glow up for women in their 40s and 50s. Sage, an AI coach built on the Momentum Series, gives you one Glow Move a day across three chapters: Reclaim, Rebuild, Radiate. No streaks, no scoring, no overhaul. A coach who remembers what you told her last week and one thing to do about it today.

Who Naomi is

Naomi Shiels is an Australian author and musician. She wrote the Momentum Series, three books, The Momentum Rule, Your Body Is Not Your Soul and The But I Will Era, each paired with its own album of the same name. Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd is the company behind all of it: the books, the music, and now Glow.

Why she built it

Readers kept finishing the books and writing to ask the same question: what do I actually do, starting tomorrow morning. A book can tell you the truth about momentum. It can't text you at seven the next morning, and it can't remember what you said about the dress with the tag still on. Naomi built Glow to be the part of the books that keeps happening after you close the cover.

What makes it different

Sage carries the three books with her into your pocket, not as a search index but as the way she talks. She doesn't grade the Morning Glow-In and she doesn't score your Mirror photo, because there's nothing to grade. She notices. She remembers. She is unimpressed by excuses and never unkind. The point, always, is to be seen, not corrected.

Where we are now

Glow is new. It launched days ago, and there's no user count worth quoting yet, no press mentions, no testimonials, because none of that exists honestly at this point and this page isn't going to pretend otherwise.
