How it works
What actually happens inside Glow.
This page explains the mechanics: what Sage does, what the 90 days look like, what happens to your photos, and what to expect if you miss a day or want to cancel. No pitch, just how it runs.
What happens when I sign up?
You start the trial first, then meet Sage. The First Conversation is a full-screen, unhurried chat, usually fifteen to twenty minutes, and you can pause it and come back.
Sage asks about your life stage, what's changed, what you've quietly let go of, and what you actually want back. It follows what you say rather than a fixed script.
What's the Glow Map?
It's the output of that first conversation: a short, personal document in Sage's voice naming what you've lost, what you're afraid of, and what this 90 days is actually for.
It stays pinned in the Sage tab and becomes the thing Sage refers back to. It's not a personality quiz result. It's specific to what you told her.

What does a normal day look like?
Three short touchpoints. A two-minute Morning Glow-In where you say how you're feeling and get one Glow Move, a single small action for the day, never a list. You mark it done when it's done.
In the evening, an optional two-minute Wind-Down: one honest sentence about your day, one win logged, sometimes one of the original tracks Naomi made for Glow playing underneath.
What are the three chapters?
The 90-day Full Glow Up runs in three thirty-day chapters, each drawn from one of the Momentum Series books. Reclaim (days 1 to 30) is mindset and momentum, from The Momentum Rule. Rebuild (days 31 to 60) is body, energy and style, from Your Body Is Not Your Soul. Radiate (days 61 to 90) is confidence and being seen, from The But I Will Era.
Day 90 is the Glow Reveal: your first-conversation words next to your day-90 words, your wins, and what's changed.

What's the Glow Book?
A running record of every Glow Move, every Wind-Down, every win and every Mirror entry. It's private to you. It's not a leaderboard and there's nothing to compare against anyone else's.

What is the Mirror, and what happens to the photos?
The Mirror is an optional weekly photo, the same simple framing each time, taken privately in the app. Sage never scores it, rates it or runs any AI analysis over it. There is no face-analysis or skin-scoring feature in Glow and there won't be one.
Mirror photos are stored in private, per-user storage. They are never public, never shared with other users, and never sent to any AI model for any reason. You can delete any Mirror photo yourself, any time, and it's gone.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing bad. Grace Days mean a missed day doesn't reset anything or cost you anything. Sage doesn't chase you with guilt copy. The Glow Book only ever counts what you did do, not what you skipped.

What's the Sunday Letter?
A weekly letter from Sage, delivered in the app and by email, that often quotes your own words from that week's entries back to you rather than generic commentary. It's a check-in, not a sales email.
What if I need help in the moment?
There's a quiet SOS button for a hard moment, a mirror meltdown, a wave of feeling invisible, an empty house. It opens a short, steadying session with Sage.
SOS is coaching, not crisis support. If you're in crisis, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, any hour. If you're in danger at home, 1800RESPECT is 1800 737 732.
How do I cancel?
One tap, inside the app, in the Account tab. No phone call and no retention pitch. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
